Unlimited AI pilot
As of October 27, 2026, Echo’s unlimited AI pilot is enabled. It removes the monthly limit on general AI work, including meeting notes and ordinary Echo Agent requests. Echo continues to record usage during the pilot. The pilot does not grant candidate shortlist access, add shortlist places, remove transcription limits or unlock paid features. Rate limits, daily safety caps and provider spending protection can still pause work. If the pilot ends, your account’s normal monthly allowance applies to usage already recorded in that billing period. If you have used it up, new general AI work can be blocked until the period resets. Ending the pilot does not cancel work already admitted.Check AI usage
In desktop 0.1.87, open Settings › Account & workspace and find AI usage. It shows the percentage remaining and the reset date, or No AI limit when there is no monthly cap. A reset follows your billing period rather than a daily midnight reset. Older builds may still call this Daily agent actions or Daily usage. Update Echo for the current display. Transcription has its own allowance and does not use the general AI allowance. The unlimited AI pilot does not change your recording or transcription entitlement. Keep the recording and transcription terms shown for your existing account until new plans become available.Candidate shortlists
Shortlist access and remaining places are separate from Work type and general AI usage. Choosing Recruiting does not grant search access. Existing Beta, referral and administrator access remains subject to the account’s terms. The upcoming Recruiting pack uses a separate shortlist balance. A completed sourcing task consumes a place only after validated delivery; a terminal failure releases its reservation. Related model work belongs to that task’s pack allowance, while unrelated AI requests remain general usage.New plans and billing
