Where to find each setting in Echo.

Open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

Section	What’s there
Account & workspace	Your name, Work type (and recruiter formats for Recruiting), AI usage, recording defaults (Record audio, After transcription, Delete all audio), Show My Tasks on Home, Usage data & crash reports, Sign out and Delete account
Organization	Create or join an Organization, invite teammates, set roles, build Teams and choose Default sharing. See Organization and sharing
Meeting types	Create and edit Meeting Types. See Meeting Types
Calendar sources	Connect Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar, choose visible calendars and the display time zone. See Connect your calendar

Notifications	Alerts for meetings shared with you, Organization invites and invite responses

Usage and billing availability

Desktop 0.1.87 labels usage AI usage, with a percentage and reset date, or No AI limit. Older builds may show Daily agent actions or Daily usage; see Plans and AI usage for the current monthly allowance and unlimited AI pilot.

In desktop 0.1.87, Plan & billing opens from Billing in the account menu. The latest layout and checkout refinements are release pending. New plan purchases are coming soon; they are not established as publicly available. Existing subscription terms remain in place. See Release status.

Internal jargon

Add names and terms that speech recognition tends to miss, such as product names, client names or acronyms, under Settings › Audio › Internal jargon. Echo uses them for every meeting on that computer. To add terms for one meeting only, use Additional settings in setup.

Delete your account

Select Delete account in Account & workspace. You have 30 days to change your mind and restore it by signing in again. After that, Echo deletes your account and data. If you own an Organization, transfer ownership or delete the Organization first.
